Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of TS Hut at tshut.top (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
TS Hut provides free online tools, including Live Unix Clock, Timestamp to Date, Date to Timestamp and Batch Convert. The tools are offered free of charge and without registration. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool, or the Site as a whole, at any time without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms;
- not use the tools to process content that you have no right to use or that infringes the rights of others;
- not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that run it;
- not access the Site with automated means at a volume that degrades the service for other visitors.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
3. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files, text and data you enter into the tools and for how you use the results. You must have the necessary rights to that content. We do not claim any ownership of your content. All conversions are calculated locally in your browser. The timestamps and dates you enter are not sent to our servers. Keep a backup of important files before processing them, and check important results before relying on them.
4. No warranty
The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that their results will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS Hut and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, revenue or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services, including Google AdSense (advertising); Cloudflare (hosting and security). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Ads and any links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, code and branding of the Site belong to its operator or to their licensors; open-source components remain under their own licenses. You may freely use the output you create with the tools, for personal or commercial purposes, but you may not copy or republish the Site itself without permission.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the Site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
